Chris Patt is a shareholder in the firm’s St. Louis office. He limits his practice to representing insurance carriers, employers, and third party administrators in the defense of workers’ compensation claims in Missouri and Illinois. He actively works with employers and insurance companies to defend their interests. He communicates with clients frequently to be fully aware of their litigation goals. Mr. Patt conducts trials before the Illinois and Missouri Divisions of Workers’ Compensation and argues cases before the Missouri Labor and Industrial Relations Commission, the Missouri Court of Appeals Eastern District, and the Illinois Workers Compensation Commission. He has obtained defense decisions before all three courts. Mr. Patt often presents on workers’ compensation issues. He speaks at numerous educational seminars for attorneys, insurance companies, nurse case managers, human resource specialists and employers in several states. He has given topical presentations to Pepsi, Frito-Lay, and Gallagher Bassett and other organizations. Mr. Patt represents a variety of clients that have files in Missouri and Illinois. They include Pepsico, Esis, Gallagher Bassett Services, Marriott Claims, Everest Insurance, and Zurich.Mr. Patt supports Kids Chance of Missouri and resides in St. Louis with his wife, Melissa, and their two daughters. He is from Wisconsin and is a fan of the Packers, Brewers, and cheese curds.
