Christopher Payne has more than 33 years experience in construction management and design, with a wide variety of experience including construction field management, inspection, CPM scheduling, and cost estimating. He has specialized experience in resolution of construction disputes, including analysis of delays and has provided expert testimony locally and internationally. He regularly consults with a diverse range of owners on project controls and management issues resolving complex cost and scheduling issues on commercial and residential buildings, airports and highway facilities.
