 Designed, specified and won tenders for large commercial and residential contracts, both in London and Abroad. Designed and developed new unique product ranges, specific to Alternative Plans. Liased with manufacturers to produce products to specification and cost, to ensure a comprehensive range at a high profitability. Developed a comprehensive technical knowledge of a wide range of products. Supplied numerous editorials for national publications on all aspects of bathroom design. Liason with PR companies to organise promotional events, ‘expert opinions’ for national publications, providing details and specifications. Presented seminars to architectural and interior design practices on bathroom design and specification. Interviewed and recruited new members of staff, to expand the bathroom department. Visited European suppliers to co-ordinate improved communication and working practices. Attended various European trade fairs to identify and recruit new products and suppliers. Photographed completed projects for advertising and publication in national magazines.Achievements  Tendered for and won contract as designer and specifier for numerous large scale commercial and residential projects around the world. Designed, specified and won the largest single bathroom order Boffi has ever supplied. Expanded the Bathroom profile of Alternative Plans, resulting in the opening of a concession within B & B Italia. Finalist in 2007 Design Awards, Bathroom designer of the year. Initiated strategic partnerships with, several interior design and Architectural practices within London, in order to provide a specialised service for existing clients. Presented ‘meet the expert’ seminars on bathroom design to various prestigious schools of interior design, within London. Lecturing to groups of 30.

 Responsible for all aspects of the design team and studio management. Initiated a new working code of practice, ensuring all designs and installations follow correct procedural format. Ensure that all relevant departments, up to and including company directors have comprehensive & current information relating to project progress and issue status. Responsible for negotiating and ensuring client payment terms are upheld whilst also maximising company profitability. Monitor department work to ensure maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction. Liaison between clients and installations department. Initialising a new client contract agreement procedure.
