Lead Solution Consultant (Sled)
Current• Lead Solution Consultant supporting state and local governments as well as higher education • Supports 6 Account Managers for 5 states: PA,NJ,MA,WV,DE• Facilitates discovery workshops to understand landscape of business problem/opportunity, relevant stakeholders, and existing technology environment• Configure and present value-based solution demonstrations that are tailored to the prospect/customer and audience (C-levels, IT, business users)• Presents webinars and at conferences• Creates training material and documentation for internal and external use• Trains and educate prospects and customers• Researches prospects and customers to stay current of their initiatives and challenges• Serves as the technical quarterback throughout all stages of the sales process• Strategies with the account team on the sales plan• Perpetual learner that constantly attends training sessions to learn about new solutions, stay current on product knowledge, and expand my skillset
