Partner with foresters and biologists to define how to launch and manage forests and keep them healthy while allowing customer access. Oversee 3D design of all buildings located on forest properties, including business offices, ceremony spaces, and customer space.● Projected $500K favorability against $3M budget in 2022 with Lean methodologies and processes.● Defined how-to section and sub-section forest to allow for in-forest sales and experience profiles, contributing to 50% increase in conversion from online to local sales.

Launched company creating sensor and semiconductor technology to manage plant environments in CEA (controlled environment agriculture) space. Collaborated with German and Romanian science and engineering teams to develop product with sensor and semiconductor chips to accurately read relative humidity, CO2, lighting, and temperature in controlled environments and ready product for go-to-market. Developed all aspects of product, marketing, website, app, and alarms. ● Enabled technology to generate data within 0.05% accuracy, yielding better environmental understanding and control.● Secured small round of Angel funding during COVID-19 pandemic and extended all operations to ready for go-to-market; faced long COVID-19 impacted delays in procurement and manufacturing, leading to closure in 2020.

Charged with confirming locations, developing building designs, and partnering with industry-leading design architecture firms, such as Foster + Partners. Managed research design teams’ development and transition to new store design, materials, technologies, fixtures, storefronts, and logos.● Conceptualized design language for stores, redesigned retail stores to updated vintage, global flagship store design, components, and interior pieces (lamps, fixtures, logos, plants, materials) resulting in multiple patents. ● Negotiated $75M investment with Sony for proprietary video display technology.

Hired to resolve ongoing employee retail problem, tasked with setting up project to create spaces for employees to work. Selected to tackle mechanical system failures and preservation project based on success with initial project.● Completed initial project under budget and over 1 year ahead of schedule by utilizing analytical thinking, problem-solving, and strategic planning skills; developed and led team of 25. ● Partnered with CEO to reduce spending by $13M via building preservation team and space; established program to implement controls for staffing and technologies, updated all vendor protocols, and introduced in-store ticketing system to reduce time to resolve issues from weeks to hours.

At Universal Studios, Christopher rapidly moved up within the company becoming Real Estate Management in the Business and Legal Affairs Department for CityWalK Hollywood. CityWalk had a footfall of over 15 million people a year with over a hundred million dollars in revenue. Christopher, with a background in design, construction, and real estate, and with two degrees in the arts, managed the existing CityWalk lessees and managed developing concepts for the City Walk’s over-the-top experience. Including helping to broker joint ventures and develop heightened concepts with Brands like Abercrombie & Fitch, Starbucks, Jamba Juice, Billabong, Cinnabon, and the Raiders. In addition, helping young brands like Popcornopolis, Saddle Ranch Chop House, and Red Balls to find their voice with the new concept.
