● Act as liaison between our DSP and Amazon station management● Drive results, accountability, and engagement with the team to achieve daily metrics● Create schedule and ensure that there is adequate coverage on the road● Review route commitments and inventory of vehicles to determine proper vehicle allocations, includingability to order and return rental vans.● Drive and delivery packages to support team as needed● Monitor performance metrics and participate in meetings with team members to highlight performanceinefficiencies, rectify root causes for violations and celebrate performance attainment.● Lead “On-boarding” for new hired drivers and provide them with training on the Amazon portal andpotential troubleshooting issues.

Drive a DOT-regulated vehicle delivering packages● Load and offload packages from the truck● Interact with amazon customers in public and provide a professional and positive form of delivery● Work routes that last between 8-12 hours● Follow the GPS delivery route provided by amazon and safely drive, park, and deliver packages.● Help teammates by assisting in delivering their packages when I finish early● Provide on the road training for new hires
