Field Sales• Managing over 350 accounts in DC metro area, building relationships, and selling capital equipment.

Electrolytes & Blood Gases• Worldwide management of new and mature electrolyte and blood gas analyzer product lines. Developed strategic plan, market analysis, product positioning, pricing, and executed global product launches, including European and Asian markets.• Financial management: P&L responsibility, including development of quarterly business forecasts, defection analysis, and long-term planning.• Managed OEM partner relationships: worked with partner to quadruple manufacturing production in nine months, fulfill backorders, and build optimal inventory level.• Built relationships with KOLs to advise product development and release of a Fluid Therapy Calculator software.

Loyalty Programs & Instrument Service• Piloted and launched IDEXX Practice Developer (multi-divisional loyalty program). • Developed and launched new tiered service offerings.

Segmented customers and evaluated program scenarios to produce the framework for a loyalty program. Managed direct mail enrollment program for service contracts and directed construction of an e-commerce web site for online sales.

Profit and loss responsibility for Quantitative Immunoassay product line, including forecasting and delivering revenues, cost of sales, gross margin, and the associated support costs.

Developed testing protocols and wrote Standard Operating Procedures for the calibration of VetTest clinical chemistry slides & updated VetTest software following guidelines of Quality Assurance through Statistical Process Control and GMP.
