Christopher Perini represents both individual and corporate clients throughout the state of Florida in both state and federal court. Mr. Perini focuses his practice on general civil litigation, complex business litigation and insurance defense disputes with an emphasis upon complex litigation involving catastrophic personal injury defense and wrongful death matters, premises liability, automobile negligence, products liability, construction defect disputes, and negligent security. In addition, he handles labor and employment matters with an emphasis on claims involving retaliation and discrimination in state and federal court as well as before the Equal Employment Opportunities Commission (EEOC).Mr. Perini’s practice further includes handling appeals involving employment and premises liability issues in the Florida District Courts of Appeal as well as the 11th Circuit United States Court of Appeals.
