Qualified primary teacher with extensive experience working both internationally and in the U.K. Throughout my career, I have held several leadership roles in the areas of mathematics, assessment, curriculum, staff development and year group leader, all of which afforded me a role on the schools’ leadership teams. I have led and managed curriculum areas on a whole-school level; wrote and developed schemes of work, mentored and coached teaching staff; delivered staff training, and analysed pupil data to inform and improve teaching and raise standards.I have been working for top-tier international schools, which attract families who have high aspirations for their children. I share these same aspirations of academic excellence and high achievement enhanced through co-curricular enrichment. My experience includes working in many inner-city schools in London with children from a diverse range of social and linguistic backgrounds. I have taught both the English National Curriculum and also the International Primary Curriculum.
