About Christopher Perry

Passionate and engaged servant leader working to enhance the well-being of under-resourced children, adults and families. With more than 20 years of experience in the non-profit sector, I have a broad and diverse background in organizational change management, financial management, human resources administration, fundraising and development, philanthropic grantmaking, and advocacy and public relations. During my tenure thus far, I have:• Successfully managed the agency through its transition from New Jersey’s former contract reimbursement revenue model to the fee-for-service reimbursement model. • Formulated and implemented a corporate restructuring to better align resources with existing talent and build a more cohesive leadership team. • Implemented annual Direct Service Professional (“DSP”) wage increases to bring the agency starting wage from $10.50/hour to $20.34/hour and a $9.84/hour across-the-board wage increase for veteran DSPs.• Established an employee recognition program to better reward dedicated employees and improve employee morale.
