As Aircraft Appearance Manager, I am responsible for serving the needs of the individual airline and the associated servicing requirements of their aircraft in accordance with individual airline and policies and procedures.Manages the following Principal Duties and Responsibilities:• Deep cleaning and sanitizing of aircraft interior.• Basic cleaning and sanitizing of galley. • Detail cleaning of entire aircraft and flight deck. • Removal of Foreign Object Debris (FOD) from ramp surfaces adjacent to or surrounding the airport terminal building.• Directing and supporting my team of Lead Aircraft Cleaners• Daily schedule/shift change management• Coordination of concourse/job assignments during my shift• Monitoring the team’s activities during my respective shift through visual inspections and quality assurance/compliance checks.• Initiating and following through on necessary employee performance appraisals or disciplinary actions.• Ensuring timely completion of assigned duties and report any deviations to policies and procedures or work performance challenges to the Manager.• Maintaining all required documentation and ensure that team members accurately and completely maintain and submit required documentation as prescribed in established policies and procedures.• Act as the communication and coordination channel with management, direct reports and customers• Ensure team members remain up-to-date with company policies and procedures and/or security regulations• Maintain a level of professionalism that will ensure team members remain conscientious and motivated when completing job assignments.• Assist in the development and evaluation of team members.• Other duties as assigned by members of management.

As a cabin service dispatcher I was responsible for the following:• Responsible for dispatching cleaning crew for inbound and outbound flights and overnight RON cleaning. • Facilitate portable water and lavatory services for all Delta mainline and regional flights out of Minneapolis. • Coordinate Pilots and flight attendants request with cleaning crew for specific and additional service request for cleaning supplies and deep cleaning.As a Wifi Technician my resposibilities were:Update USB in all Delta Aircraft
