CurrentIn my role as Photographic Manager, I lead a team of photographers responsible for capturing high-speed footage of ejection seat testing using Phantom cameras. This slow-motion footage is crucial for enabling engineers to analyze test results and is also utilized for marketing purposes.Key responsibilities include: • Team Leadership: Managing a team of photographers, assigning workloads, and fostering a collaborative environment that encourages skill development and motivation. • Technical Expertise: Providing high-quality photography and video services, including operating Phantom high-speed cameras to produce critical test footage. • Post-Production: Utilizing Adobe Photoshop, Lightroom, Final Cut, and Premiere Pro daily for editing and enhancing photographic and video material. • Studio Management: Conducting studio photography, including cataloging the range of ejection seats for publications and fulfilling various photographic needs such as publicity shots, company documentation, passport photos, and archiving historical footage. • Organizational Skills: Implementing tools like Microsoft Teams and SharePoint for effective collaboration and documentation management within the department.Through these responsibilities, I ensure that our team delivers exceptional visual content that supports both technical analysis and marketing efforts while maintaining a well-organized and motivated department.
