I am a Counsel in the Mainstream Corporate practice with a range of experience in cross-border transactions with a particular focus on the CEE region and other emerging markets. I have advised corporates (including in the real estate, industrials, telecom and consumer sectors), financial institutions and private equity clients on private and public M&A, joint ventures, equity capital raisings, commercial agreements and general corporate matters. I am based in the Linklaters Warsaw office having spent the majority of my early career in the London office. I have also spent time on secondment with RBS in Edinburgh and have worked in Hong Kong.
