Managed a private tuition centre in London, UK, providing maths and English tuition to children aged 4-15. My objective was to successfully manage business operations. Entered as an Assistant Director and promoted to Centre Director in April 2015. Three assistant managers and a team of twenty tutors reported to me. During my time here I grew the centre to over 400 attendees, the largest in the company. Responsibilities included but not limited to:- Performance management through coaching, mentoring and appraising. Led to three staff promotions and above company average staff retention- Analysing business needs and developing strategy.
