The Ocean Wind project is a 1,100 MW phased development to include wind turbine generators, inter-array cables, export cables, offshore/onshore substations, and onshore interconnection cables. A key requirement of the contract is preparation of an EIS that meets the requirements of both SO 3355 and OFD. To achieve a timely OFD, ICF is providing comprehensive facilitation support to BOEM, including facilitation of public meetings and hearings; facilitation of interagency meetings at OFD concurrence points; facilitation of Section 106 meetings with consulting parties; and assisting BOEM with briefing materials and responses to inquiries to facilitate the DOI clearance process. -

I also developed and maintain appropriate health and safety plans to protect field staff, students and faculty and provide resources for concerned parents and public.Bergen County, NJ Department of Public Works (DPW): I was the remediation specialist managing all aspects of site and remedial investigations to ensure regulatory compliance in expedited turnaround times. I advised the Director of DPW and department heads on cost-effective remediation solutions.
