 Provided planning and research for BBAS technicians for A/C in the hangar. Research, quote and buy parts and materials for the Service Center. Provided purchasing support for management of Calibrated tools for entire site. Provided purchasing support for back shops for units that must be sent to Vendors. Provided purchasing support for Repair and Overhaul dept. and their customer Ship-in units. Provided purchasing support for Repair and Return of customer property of A/C in our hangar. Reviewed vendor contracts for adherence to Terms and Conditions Kept open lines of communication and personal attention to Vendors to provide faster unit turn times. Stressed Lines of communication with our customers by going to them while they are in the hangar, discussing their needs and finding solutions Negotiated better turn times and favorable rates with vendors. Facilitated and oversaw programs  Assisted in business development strategies to stimulate growth. Negotiated and developed business cases for new contracts Assisted in customer conflict resolution.
