As the HQ Training Manager, I oversee training programs across the four Royal Navy Leadership Academy (RNLA) Squadrons and lead the Royal Navy Coaching Cell, managing a team of three experienced coaching staff. I implement NCHQ policies for RNLA courses, ensuring rigorous documentation compliance. I represent the RNLA at policy meetings, contribute to course development, and manage the procurement of training equipment to align with modern instructional strategies. Additionally, I develop and refine training courses to enhance leadership skills and act as the primary liaison for audits and inspections, ensuring adherence to DSAT standards.

Facilitated Learning & Development initiatives in alignment with MOD mandates, enhancing support for front-line units. Delivered targeted guidance and educational opportunities to foster agile and adaptive thinking among personnel, thereby strengthening operational capability. Provided comprehensive coaching, leadership, and mentoring support to operational unit commands to drive performance and development.

Executive Assistant to the OF5 UK Deputy Maritime Component Commander, including line management of the HQ OR7 Coxswain. Managed outreach initiatives for DUKMCC, coordinating with coalition partners and British Embassy staff through external visits and diplomatic functions in Bahrain. Actively contributed as the Officer Representative on the Welfare Committee, supporting staff well-being and morale.

Acted as the Government-furnished Defence Trainer Capability Franchise Director for the FOAP(T) and Selborne training contracts. Oversaw and ensured the quality of SQEP trainers across five Royal Navy training establishments. Managed the External Training Budget for non-contract-provided courses. Additionally, served as the Social Secretary on the Wardroom Committee, organising and coordinating social events.

University Royal Naval Units (URNU) provide university students with a broader understanding of Royal Navy life. I gained transferable skills, from public speaking to organisation, by exposing myself to leadership and management opportunities.

I was employed by a premier boarding summer camp, Camp Starlight, in Pennsylvania, United States. I was responsible for delivering group swimming lessons, lifeguarding, and children's welfare during the summers of 2016 & 2018.
