● Implementation team leader, providing pre-sales, network architecture design and execution for clients, plus, assisting with 3rd line infrastructure issues when required.● Designing and installing VMWare ESXi, Citrix XenApp, Exchange 2010/2013, and Server 2008/2012.● Assisting with the Sales team as pre-sales, attending client meetings, providing innovative solutions and technical quotes, winning business.● Project work completed: VMWare ESXi 5.5, Citrix XenApp 5, Firewall, Exchange Server, migration and server installs for over 150 active clients.

● Project work completed: Converted multi-server environments from Physical to Virtual, installing on a VMWare ESXi infrastructure platform. Large roll-out of Citrix XenApp 5 including connecting branch offices. Over 40 migrations of Small Business Server 2003-2008/2011 completed, many to Virtual platform

● Daily tasks include: Exchange 2003/2007 / Active Directory Administration, Symantec BE, general problem analysis and solution provision.● Project work completed: Over 20 migrations, including Small Business Server 2000-2003, Small Business Server 2003-2008 including Exchange migrations. Technical documentation created for all projects carried out.
