Operating for IQOS under COVID-19 management task group. Liaise with internal and external stakeholders to execute given workflow in a timely manner. Handle inbound and outbound calls, identify complex issues or concerns and escalate to relevant departments. Manage large number of calls effectively and resolve queries, as well as to provide accurate information to callers.

- Assist in COVID-19 swab operations- Infection control at various sites

- Provide armed response- Guarding and patrolling government and non-government premises (including Key Installations)- Protect and escort VIPs, celebrities, Persons-in-Custody (PIC) and prisoners- Enforce security at major and private events, provide traffic and crowd control- Conduct screening and checks at immigration and checkpoints- Crowd and traffic management

- Attend to incoming phone calls and ensuring orders are processed accurately within a tight deadline- Attend to customers enquires, record down details in complain book and follow up with production- Liaise with drivers and production staff - Liaise with production staff regarding specifications, cuts required by individual customers- Prepare invoices/purchase orders- Establishes and maintains excellent relationships with both internal and external customers
