At Holloway Commons dining hall at UNH I am currently a dish room employee where I help the other employees clean the plates, silverware and cups at an efficient pace so they can be brought out to their various locations. In the past I have also worked in pizza where I would roll out the dough by hand and make the pizzas for the day as well as cook them in the brick oven. Once the pizzas are done cooking, I would take them out and cut the pizzas into slices and put them out onto the serving line in a timely manner to keep up with the traffic flow of people.

At Market Basket I am an assistant where I help my bosses run the checkout area. I handle money, giving the cashiers change when they need it as well as help them when they run into issues during a transaction. I make sure things run smooth in the checkout area and the entire store and assist customers with finding items. During closing shifts, when all of the customers have left the store I do a walk-through of the aisles to make sure that they are up to company's standards for the next morning.
