I've worked in the Insurance Industry since leaving school in 2003. I began as an Office Junior and then moved to RSA Motability in 2005. Over 15 plus years at RSA I have held several roles whist progessing through the company and therefore gaining a wealth of motor claims knowledge. I am currently a Team Leader in our New Claims Contact Centre. I have been in the role since July 2019.
