 The Hotel was under Danat Hotels and IHG took over and I was involved in the re-branding of the hotel to make sure we are operating as per the requirements of IHG. Major renovations are going on in the entire hotel and the Fire alarm system is being replaced during the renovation. Dealing with the consultants & contractors and communicating on day to day basis.  There were no sprinkler system in the property and got it in place together with the firefighting system being… Show more  The Hotel was under Danat Hotels and IHG took over and I was involved in the re-branding of the hotel to make sure we are operating as per the requirements of IHG. Major renovations are going on in the entire hotel and the Fire alarm system is being replaced during the renovation. Dealing with the consultants & contractors and communicating on day to day basis.  There were no sprinkler system in the property and got it in place together with the firefighting system being installed. Re-conditioned the chillers, AHU’s Gate valves & strainers and internal fixtures. Involved in the Testing & Commissioning and taking over of the equipment’s that is being replaced and newly installed. The entire property water treatment was not being done for the Hot, Chilled & Portable water. Started the treatment to make sure the water is maintained. Drain lines were of Mild Steel and leaking in many areas started replacing it. Many leaks from the main water line and transfer lines started to have it replaced and controlled the leaks from many areas. Under water storage tanks and overhead water storage tanks were leaking so got the GRP lining done. Diesel storage tanks were not protected and got the fire suppression system installed and in place. Kitchen hoods did not have fire suppression system installed and the system was installed and interfaced to the fire alarm system. Hot kitchen had a fire suppression system old type (Stand Alone) so got it replaced and interfaced to the fire panel. Gas leak detectors were not interfaced to the fire alarm panel so got it done. Getting all the MEP works done in the entire hotel,  Availed Green Engage Level –1 & Level – 2 now working on Level -3. As I arrived to this property made sure most of the things were in place to Pass the Quality Audit and safety audit in spite the hotel was so old and not maintained earlier. Passed the Civil Defense Audit and certification.
