As a Traffic Coordinator at Acosta Mosaic Group, I tracked creative projects from their initial briefs to release, assigning them to appropriate designers, following up with clients, and ensuring project delivery in the face of tight deadlines and high client expectations. I was responsible for keeping a master schedule organized and available for the Creative Directors and Account Supervisors, detailing the traffic flow and impending deadlines of the creative department in 3 different cities.
