Throughout my career I have gained experience in both the commercial and the regulatory aspects of the profession. In the first few years of my work experience, working for a small audit and accounting firm, I was exposed to the various local tax laws and accounting regulations under IFRS. This was then strengthened through my audit experience with Deloitte in Luxembourg, where I achieved fast-track promotions from junior auditor to audit manager within two and a half years. I was then asked by my former employer to return to Malta and work for Bevyz Global Limited, where I am currently employed. There, as Finance Manager, I furthered my knowledge in areas such as IFRS consolidation, and preparation of detailed budgets, as well as gained experience in working with an international team. Now, I am furthering my knowledge and experience in local audits at Moore Stephens Malta.
