Together with two fellow executive managers I am leading the Solution Field Cyber Security within ETAS (formerly ESCRYPT) in a management board with P&L responsibility for a CyberSecurity portfolio with onboard, IT and security consulting elements with ca. 320 employees (direct and contracted). My leadership topics are to develop and operationalize business strategy, business development, portfolio management, target alignment and tracking with the sales organisation, managing SW engineering processes as process owner and managing technology as well as leading a global team of security and software experts in 9 countries worldwide.

While we were looking for a third new member of the Solution Field Head leadership triangle, served as the Solution Field Manager and Vice President Product Group Cyber Security on an interim basis and in addition to current tasks, until a permanent staffing of the position was found.

Served as a member of the board of Directors, ETAS Embedded Systems Canada Inc. Resigned in June 2024 due to organizational changes.

From 2013 through 2015 I built a team of dedicated engineers and developed CycurHSM, ESCRYPT's automotive Hardware Security Module Software Stack in a greenfield approach. Today, ESCRYPT is world market leader with HSM technologies in the automotive industry.

Different positions in ETAS engineering as software engineer , product architect and project manager for RTOS (ERCOSek), embedded real-time SW based on micro-controllers, with and without OS (e.g. QNX) for automotive MCD (measurement, calibration, diagnostics) and RP (Rapid Prototyping) use cases. My team and me have been resposible for designing and realizing ETAS 1000, 9XX and 5XX series products and the interfacing protocols with ETAS desktop tools and ES3XX series.
