As a CX Zone Manager at Ford Motor Company, I provide support to Ford’s dealer network by effectively implementing and sustaining important initiatives that drive the overall customer experience for all Ford guests. In this role, I work with dealership management to analyze dealer performance and strategize process improvements to drive growth in major operations from all aspects of the customer journey. Mobile Service and Pickup & Delivery service offerings, the expansion of availability for services to be scheduled through Online Service Reservations, the activation and participation of FordPass Rewards Sales and Service members, and evaluation of guest sentiment through customer surveys are some of the largest facilitators I use on a daily basis to promote excellence in Ford’s offerings to their customers.
