Simon Bros Bakery is a Warehouse Manufacturing bakery specializing in fresh to frozen desserts supplied to restaurants & stores across the country. About 100 workers work 1st & 2nd shift making cheesecakes, carrot cakes, pound cakes and a dozens of other bakery items. The Operations Manager makes sure all safety and sanitation rules are being followed to the letter. Additionally the Operations Manager handles the day to day workings of the office, manages all staff, processing, shipping, receiving, accounts payable and inventory.
