I made so many lifelong friends working my way through college in Denton. Our store represented great teamwork, unity, and diversity. When I graduated, I was awarded with my own store to manage in Austin. My experience as a manager at Blockbuster demonstrates my leadership abilities and my capacity to build and motivate teams, as well as my adaptability in navigating industry changes and challenges, such as the rise of digital streaming platforms.

As a young man working his way through college, I gained valuable experience in business management, leadership, and customer service.
