Day to day responsibilities include:• All duties pertaining to the creation of mortgage closing documents for conforming and non-conforming FNMA, FHLMC wholesale brokered loans.• Scheduling of closings between brokers and settlement agents / closing attorneys.• Receipt and review of titles, insurance binders, fee disclosures, preliminary documents, and any other information pertinent to closing with respect to bank and regulatory compliance.• Input and processing of said information to create closing documents.• Clearance of underwriting conditions relative to closing and funding.• Delivery of closing documents to settlement agents and closing attorneys.• Verbal verification of employment.• Receipt and review of Preliminary HUD1 for funding approval.• Point of contact for settlement agents, bank attorneys, and brokers with any questions regarding closing documents and procedures as well as funding, title, and other general mortgage processing inquiries.

Day to day responsibilities include:• Verification of all information and documents pertaining to the closing of Home Equity Loans, Lines of Credit, Line Increases, and Simultaneous Purchases / Refinances in New York and New Jersey. Responsible for verifying information entered in processing system (Visual Banker) and on proposed closing documents and titles is accurate and compliant.• Maintain open line of communication with Loan Originators for problem resolution regarding the closing of Home Equity products, as well as their related closing documents. Also direct contact for title companies, lawyers, and brokers in regards to the closing of our Home Equity products, proper disbursement of funds, and any issues associated with closings and closing documents. Advise Loan Originators on process of closing with regards to compliance.• Responsible for review and shipping of closing documents for simultaneous closings conducted outside of a branch office through a lawyer and/or a title company. Also responsible for verification of the disbursements associated with these files, and origination of wires to deliver these funds associated with necessary fees and purchases to attorney or title company escrow accounts.

Responsible for assisting corporate audit with duties including filing, data entry, reviewing of invoices, check/remittance research, and problem resolution within an Oracle database environment.
