Main turbopump product lead and people manager of a nine member team consisting of turbomachinery design engineers, project engineers, analysts, and integration engineers. Responsibilities include (but are not limited to):-Providing programmatic direction and coaching a multi-disciplinary team of engineers by reviewing technical work, giving actionable feedback, setting clear goals, and coordinating project work with other teams and managers.-Ownership of business rhythm reviews and communication paths to the IPT Lead, supporting program manager and business teams, including: weekly/monthly program management reviews, finance reviews, long term forecasting, business plan, project deep dives, design reviews, etc.-People management, including hiring, performance management, and training, as well as providing tools for career development.-Improving technical processes and tool development around focused areas of Design for Manufacturability, component and subsystem functional testing, and engine development cycles.-Reviewing design and method recommendations, purchasing equipment, and ensuring that engineering activities align with organizational objectives.-Implementing effective engineering methods within the team and providing technical guidance.-Owning turbomachinery components throughout entire life cycle of the BE-4 Engine; concept, design, development, manufacturing, certification, production, and flight.-Accountability for the design, planning, and successful development of components and subsystems to verify requirements and validate operational capabilities.-Providing safe, repeatable, and quality test capabilities that explore the engine operational envelope and verify requirements for the current and next generation BE4 engines.-Support of anomaly and root cause investigations.

Design lead for the entire main turbopump (MTP) for the BE-4 Vulcan and New Glenn block 1 (IPO) programs.Team lead, responsible for:- Design team organization- Configuration control/management- Assembly drawings- Non Conformances- Tolerance stacks - Design for manufacturing (DFM) efforts- Risk identification and control/mitigation- Anomaly/RCAs for the MTP

Responsible Engineer for the main turbine hot section mechanical design and development on the BE-4 engine program.

Drove mechanical design for metal additive manufacturing for gas turbine hot gas path stator parts, as member of GE Power emerging technologies team. Principal investigator for Department of Energy advanced turbine nozzle program.

Lead engineer of thermal and sealing design for gas turbine hot gas path stator components. Led the thermal design for several hot gas path components for GE's industry leading HA advanced gas turbines.

Engineer in the Edison Engineering Development Program, a two year engineering rotational program. Completed four rotations (six months each) in various engineering departments within GE Power, while concurrently completing a Masters degree in Mechanical Engineering and GE Advanced Courses in Engineering program.
