Bank.Green helps everyday people make an impact on the climate by understanding that where they bank impacts what businesses and individuals can get loans - and highlights which are better options for both the planet and for your own fees and interest-earning accounts. Bank.Green focuses on increasing the good banks and credit unions promoting clean energy over expansion of fossil fuel use. Personally, I primarily contribute to scaling up our software developer pool from interviewing through onboarding, and brainstorming how to approach new avenues of impact.

Began in Corporate Research on a 2 developer Eclipse RCP proof of concept. Loaned to PLM Software to develop a related proof of concept, and later permanently transferred.Involved in ramp up from 6 local developers to 30 globally - including mentoring, developing training materials, and business trips to Germany.Involved with UX design, largely as developer perspective. Now assigned 10% as UX, and took on all responsibilities, for a full Agile SPRINT cycle during an extended vacation of the lead UX designer.

Worked on Service Coordination and Temporal Planning, using DCOP, MDP, and Linear Programming.

Enhanced and extended the ARMOR security software as a independent contractor

Worked on implementing the ARMOR security software, while concurrently working on separate DCOP research

My main responsibility was vetting qualified job candidates for technical positions, and I additionally drafted and assisted in translation of a proposal for outsourcing, job shadowed on-site database management.
