Operations staff officer specializing in readiness data analysis, process improvement, and information management.My experiences in the Marine Corps since graduating from the United States Military Academy in 2013 have given me a wide breadth of operational experience that compliments my educational focuses on strategy, and analytical decision making. I have served as the leader of platoon and company sized units (40-200 personnel). As a foreign forces adviser, I was privileged to have the opportunity to advise, train, and assist leaders in a culture very different from our own. In my current position as the 2d Marine Divison readiness officer, I synthesize readiness data across functional areas, including material readiness, training, and operations in order to provide the commanding general a holistic assessment of the overall readiness of the fighting force.I am a life long learner and continue to improve my education by formal and informal means. In my various experiences in the service to travel abroad, I have taken every opportunity to gain proficiency in the local language and culture. I can introduce myself in Spanish, German, Japanese, and Kartuli (Georgian).My core values are dedication, integrity, empathy, and professional judgment.
