Teamwork- with the work center 50% manned, I trained new technicians on the complex USJFCOM VTC suites, proper corrective and preventive maintenance on all audio/video equipment, directly contributing to over 1,084 VTC's and 243 briefs. Exceptional Administrator. Thorough planning and foresight as Repair Parts Petty Officer ensured spare parts were readily available, limiting equipment downtime and maintaining a video teleconference success rate over 97%. Attention to detail ensured the flawless daily handling and accountability of COMSEC material. Efforts resulted in zero security violations and no practices dangerous to security.

In depth knowledge of GCCC systems and operations led to myself being handpicked as one of four highly qualified watch supervisors to oversee a 4-star Combatant Commander's requirements by ensuring 99% reliability of 75 servers and 5,500 users. A position normally held by E6 personnel. Additionally, as an AVS Technician, I demonstrated sound knowledge of eight complex Video Teleconference suites in just 6 short months. Flawless performance was key in supporting over 500 Video Teleconference which resulted in a success rate of over 98%. As and E4 I was directly responsible for training three E6, four E5, and two E4 personnel within the division, on all aspects of USJFCOM communications systems, resulting in GCCC maintaining the highest level of operational readiness. Properly handled CMS and COMSEC equipment with zero discrepancies.

I am responsible for the upkeep of the Flag Briefing Room as well as all associated VTC Equipment which includes Tandberg 2500 and 6000 Codec. Also I am Tech Control Supervisor, I am responsible for a 5 man watch team which is responsible to establish, maintain, and trouble shoot all Secure and Non Secure Voice and Data Communications over HF,VHF,UHF,SHF, and EHF communications. Equipment associated is URC 109 Marconi HF transmitters and receivers, SINGAR radios for VHF, WSC-3 LOS and SATCOM WSC-3 transceivers for UHF, WSC-6(V) 5 Dual DSCS and WSC-8 CWSP for SHF SATCOM, and USC-38 FOT for EHF. I write Comm Plans, Satellite Access Request, Gateway Access Request, and I set up DSCS and CWSP in accordance with SAA messages. I'm also familiar with EHF Service Plans to set up EHF MILSTAR. I utilize on a daily basis all associate crypto equipment: KYV-5, KY-58, KIV-7 HSB, KIV-7M, KG-84A and C, as well as KG-194. I'm also familiar with ADNS-J Cisco Router.

As well as maintaining comsec material for Secure VTC's.
