I come from fairly humble beginnings where we had just enough. My parents raised three boys with no high school or college education, working any job that would pay them, being forced away from home for long periods of time. My parents loved each other very much and still do, however it was hard for them to hide the strain that money put on their relationship. Somewhere along the way I realized I did not want that for myself, so creating a good life for the people that I love is a big motivator for me. I am Customer Service Veteran and can adapt to any environment. My experience speaking with and helping people has made me more patient and empathetic over time. I believe I have the skills to deduce what a person needs within a few sentences. However my true skill is in my ability to play the support role. I take pride in knowing that I helped make someones day even a little bit easier.My goals in education do not end at Tallahassee Community College. I hope to further my education in computer sciences in the near future. I believe this major will help equip me with skills to be successful in teaching computer engineering. My strengths include organization, determination, and punctuality.
