• Review and respond to HR related inquiries from employees and management • Process daily transactions related to benefits, leaves, transfers, etc.• Perform exit interviews• Review existing system and process documentation while asking clarifying questions to better understand work• Identified opportunities for process improvements and compile process information for delivery process training as part of the transition to shared services
