In his role as General Manager at Brewhouse & Kitchen Sutton Coldfield, he has successfully navigated various challenges, focusing on operational excellence, team development, and financial control. His efforts in identifying and addressing stock management discrepancies have led to significant improvements in GP margins and overall site performance.Previously, as General Manager of Brewhouse & Kitchen Hoxton, Christopher led the site to win the Sales Growth of the Year Award in 2023. His strategic initiatives in customer service, marketing, and staff training transformed Hoxton into one of the top-performing sites in the company.
