o Request, review, and consolidate data for all offices across the district to review, update and execute Staffing Plan actions.o Ensure the administrative requirements for the Staffing Plan are fulfilled to include vacancy listings, quarter fill dates, gains and losses, special salary rate and coding for telework, often changed by temporary assignments.o Coordinate with various personnel throughout the district to ensure personnel actions for divisions are submitted, reviewed, and ensures all personnel actions for Operations Division are submitted, reviewed, approved, processed accordingly.o Research Direct Hiring Authorities and provide guidance to pertinent personnel.o Advise personnel on a variety of procedural matters such as recruitment, employee/management relations, employee entitlement and awards.o Provide quality control over district hiring actions in accordance with the district staffing plan.o Coordinate with the Civilian Personnel Advisory Center on the assignment, report dates, and required in-processing actions for newly hired employees.

Serve as a Human Resources Specialist in an Army Reserve Brigade or equivalent size unit.Conduct analysis of records for appropriate documentation and adherence to Army and United States Army Reserve Command (USARC) requirements.Identify program deficiencies and make recommendations for resolution.Review and process military personnel records and actions through various automated systems.Monitor compliance with regulations, personnel readiness, and assists in review of unit status reports.Provide guidance to supported units on administrative aspects of military personnel management programs.Develop unit administrative actions, such as military correspondence, reports, military orders and personnel actions.Prepare briefings to provide management concerning the status of military personnel actions and program requirements and for use in the decision making process.

Process personnel, pay and administrative actions for over 1100 soldiers across various commands. Manage soldier records in accordance with military regulation, data input and data discrepancy management.
