Site Foreman,Supervising all daily works on the project.Installation of Seawater Cooling Pipes

RPC had full responsibility of this project which involved construction and placement of Odour Control Ducting and Covers.Duties included full control of all aspects of this contract from set up of facilities on site to,Prestart & Toolbox meetings, Ensure all safe working practices, working with Union Reps onsite, Participating in weekly safety audits and Buddy Walks. preparing daily, weekly and fortnightly schedules.Daily Supervisor Co-ordination meetings, Weekly client progress meetings.Working with RPC Project Manager on Budgets, Schedules, Progress etc.Placement of all Columns and Beams for Ducting,Construction and placement of all GRP Ducting which was Bell and Spigot configuration, pipe ranging in size from DN 100 mm to DN 700 mm.With various valves and expansion joints. All strapping, bolt ups and cranage was provided by RPC.Placement of aluminium covers and hatches, most involved use of Franna’s and EWP’sFit up of large GRP lids at ground level then lifted into place with 90T crane. All lids, covers, beams and columns were fastened onto concrete, Smoke testing of all systems was carried out at completion of the job.All QA documentation and ITPs.8 men on this project under my direct supervision. Duties for this period involved general GRP workshop duties.Fitting and strapping pipe work for shut down at local Zinc Refinery.General workshop supervision.Location; Ron Gee Enterprises, Hobart Workshop, Tasmania.

Duties included supervision of workshop spooling, site fitting and installation of all GRP components fabricated in our workshops onsite,Working with the client on a daily basis, planning schedules and 4 week look ahead’s,Co-coordinating site installation of components with other contractors,Developing and ensuring procedures were followed.Producing marked up ISO work packs from priority schedules,Quality assurance checks with the client, dimensional & visual. Finalizing ITPs.Attending work co-ordination, safety and quality assurance meetings with the client on a weekly basis.Conduct interviews for prospective employees.Prepare rosters for R & Rs, RDOs and deployments.Conduct 3 to 6 monthly employee performance reviews. 15 to 28 men under my direct supervision.

Duties included supervision of GRP contractors on site,Including their spooling, site fitting, laminating and installation of all GRP components,Day to day planning, schedules and look ahead’s,Developing work packs from priority schedules,Ensuring GRP and OH&S procedures were followed.Working with other contractors to ensure safety and efficiency was maintained.Up to 130 men under shared supervision.

Duties included supervision of site fitting and installation of all GRP components onsite,Reassembling and installation of various tanks and vessels,Hydrostatic testing.Working with the client on a daily basis, planning schedules and priorities,Co-coordinating site installation of components with other contractors,Developing and ensuring procedures were followed.Quality assurance checks with the client, Documenting all check sheets to be developed into ITPs,Attending work co-ordination, safety and quality assurance meetings with the client on weekly basis,Conduct interviews for prospective employees.Prepare rosters for R & Rs, RDOs and deployments.Manage accommodation and transport arrangements for employees.
