Working very closely with the owner I created his Virtual Reality programming for customers to use, helped build laser tag arenas and come up with innovative designs. I manage the West Covina and Mission Viejo locations. I ensure that the facility runs at a 100% by making repairs, ordering supplies, organizing birthday parties, events, staff management, creating schedules, working with customers to make sure they have the best experience possible. On any downtime I create new props, upgrade the arenas, party rooms, communicate with employees to delegate tasks, and make any repairs that might be necessary.
