High-impact strategic leadership role that supports and advances TAMKO’s Infrastructure and IT Operations teams. I oversee all technical aspects and resources within the Infrastructure and Operations groups for the purposes of organizational growth and to establish a technological vision focused on customer service, cost control/efficiency and technology advancement/maturity.

Currently manage all Infrastructure and Operations for the largest Air Ambulance service in the World. My team and I manage Networking, Telephony, Radio over IP (RoIP), Systems, Applications, Storage, Virtualization and all Mergers and Acquisitions integrations. We have integrated close to 20 companies over the last nine years providing a seamless cut-over of core applications and services with low impact to the business. I have oversight for 400+ locations across the US, including Alaska and Hawaii. This includes support of all internet and telephony circuits, openings and relocations, Infrastructure and Operations for all locations.

Manage Infrastructure, RoIP Communications, Security, Telephony environments along with Endpoint Engineering for AMGH and multitude of subsidiaries. I also provide direction on growth and deployment of all technologies within the current AMGH IT environment. I manage resources within my current team and environment to provide timely efficient solutions to resolves issues and address areas that require growth for future expansion. I continually look for new and innovative ways to streamline processes throughout the multiple companies my team directly supports.

Helped to develop SKT's Virtualization Practice as well as provied architecture and design for all Virtualization solutions. Provided sales team with customer facing presentations, demo's and technical discussions around all current virtualization products on the market. Also provided high level escalation support to SKT's virtualization team. Managed partnerships with VMware, Citrix, Wyse, Marathon and Double Take, including all sales team and consultant training.

I handled all server administration, patching and new deployments. I supported 290 locations throughout the US to guarantee service connections back to the Lone Star Corporate Office. I also provided all desktop support and administration with daily troubleshooting of issues for end users local and remote.
