As an integral member of the Department, I oversee regional security, investigations, and intelligence management activities. Highlights of my experience include...• Completed trainings in SWAT Negotiations operation as primary negotiator and assistant team leader, in addition to serving as the final approval and direct supervisor for officers in executing high-risk search warrants; drafted complex search warrants for various crimes.• Conducted surveillance, investigated homicides and suspicious deaths, and interviewed subjects, targets, and witnesses; participated in numerous autopsies in connection with the Medical Examiner's Office.• Acted as the Department's AXON Device Manager and Administrator; as well as Patrol Fleet Manager (60+ vehicles).• Commanded two squads consisting of two Sergeants (line-level supervisor), two Corporals (field training officers), and upwards of 10 Patrol Officers and a K9 Handler
