PROFESSIONALLY:I began my insurance career as a broker, helping build an agency from 3 brokers to over 30 in 2 years. After 10+ years on the broker side, I expanded my perspective, joining several top carriers. My experience is diverse: from defining product strategy and achieving top sales goals to training & mentoring teams on insurance “hot topics,”; from tracking performance via dashboards to building ongoing relationships with agency principals. MILITARY SERVICE:After a brief swim career at the University of Louisville, I joined the United States Navy in my quest to become a Navy Seal. Sadly, I was medically dropped from the program but then sent to Bahrain from 1999 to 2002. There, I specialized in Force Protection & Counter Terrorism, earning the Navy/Marine Corps Expeditionary Medal. REACHING MY FULL POTENTIAL:I have always been driven to seek out challenging obstacles: whether it’s joining the Navy, running a 50-mile Ultra Marathon in the mountains, or partaking of an early morning cold plunge and 30-minute meditation. For me, the best path to growth has been through the struggle. JOURNEY INTO MEDITATION:A few years back, to expand my consciousness, I began focusing on meditation and breath work. This is enabling me to reach my full potential both professionally and personally.
