- Author and deliver to organizational leadership pay setting guidance for new federal employees hired under the Inflation Reduction Act (IRA) impacting nearly 250 new employees annually
- Lead the overhaul and standardization of position descriptions (PDs) spanning two thousand employees in accordance with Code of Federal Regulations (CFR), labor laws, and organizational policies
- Facilitate working groups with SMEs to ascertain relevant data and information impacting organizational Diversity, Equity, Inclusion, and Accessibility (DEIA) objectives
- Overhaul agency benefits structure and design new products accessible to hiring managers for use during the hiring process
- Collaborate with federal colleagues to identify, plan, and execute workforce development initiatives to improve employee retention, organizational culture, and leadership programs
