My career includes more than 7 years of experience in the workforce development field, supporting a wide array of sectors and serving diverse workforce and student cohorts, including multi-national clients from regions across 4 continents. Over the last 2 years, I have worked in senior leadership roles, primarily supporting the higher education, workforce development, nonprofit, and cyber defense sectors.Across these simultaneous leadership roles, I have worked to develop, launch, and support a range of cyber and other educational training programs and associated partnerships. This work has primarily been in support of the professional development of current workforce and multi-sector workforce pipeline development to increase state and national cyber defensive postures, while supporting collective national security interests. Over the last 3 years I have also had the privilege of serving as a private contractor in support of national and international organizations representing a wide array of sectors. This work has primarily been focused on forwarding U.S. federal foreign diplomatic relations, non-profit INGO, domestic and foreign federal, state, and local government education, and private sector efforts related to youth and adult leadership, emotional intelligence, career readiness, and professional development.
