- Maintain quality and accuracy of inventory by tracking and identifying freight manually or with computer software; conducting audits on shipments and warehouse cycle schedules; inspecting freight and products for correct quantities and conditions; researching discrepancies; preparing, reviewing, and analyzing reports; and moving freight manually and with powered equipment.- Prepare, review, and analyze reports by entering data (e.g. inventory adjustments, recall, vendor, profile, cycle test, item details, audits) and accuracy information to appropriate file/report or systems; track inventory numbers and provide reports to leaders, managers, vendors, and/or home office.- Process and submit paperwork, create and maintain organized files, and identify and resolve discrepancies in records or files.- Complete work assignments and priorities by using policies, data, and resources; collaborating with managers, co-workers, customers, and other business partners; identifying priorities, deadlines, and expectations; carrying out tasks; communicating progress and information; determining and recommending ways to address improvement opportunities; and adapting to and learning from change, difficulties, and feedback. - Move, lift, carry, and place merchandise and supplies weighing up to 40 pounds without assistance. Operate licensed power equipment safely and effectively under company guidelines and safe work practices. Perform other warehouse functions as needed to ensure overall customer satisfaction and facility success.
