This role is crucial in the supporting of landing healthy change in Waitrose whilst looking Pan-Partnership to align the experiences of change for Partners and create a positive Partner experience across the Partnership. Lead and champion the strategic development of change management capability across the Partnership Change teams, acting as a role model.

The purpose of this role was to recommend, test and implement operational initiatives designed to drive operational improvement. The expectation of this role was to deliver improvements which would save Waitrose £2m per annum in benefit. To achieve this, the role required first-hand analysis of a given problem as well as taking feedback form external.
