An adaptable enthusiastic Test Manager, ISTQB Advanced Test Manager qualified with over 16 years working in the IT, Change & Insurance sectors. My current role is LV= Test Manager, acting as Programme Test Manager, for the migration of customer data following the acquisition of Legal & General's GI business in January 2020. Responsible for testing the migration of LV= introducer business, the broker portfolio and the final transfer of customer data before the end of the TSA. Managing a team of 10 onshore and offshore testers for the delivery of my projects. Responsibilities include managing the testing and test planning activities for over 19 concurrent transfers of brokers and intermediaries onto the LV= estate using multiple systems including Salesforce, MI, Mule API Integrations, Data Migration and collaboration with both internal and external stakeholders. Testing of the complete E2E journey for all brokers and intermediaries, including defining the Test scope, resource planning, owning and creating the Master Test Plan which was used for each delivery, managing the test environments and code promotions into the test environments. I was also responsible for the planning and management of warranty support following, which included ongoing defect triage and management for the programme of work, and continuous test reporting to senior management.Successfully achieved migration of L&G intermediary, broker products and digital journeys to new LV= schemes.Significant experience in coaching, leading and mentoring a strong test team to organise and deliver complex programmes and portfolios of work across the GI business, including a variety of financial services based organisations.
