Ensuring complaints were managed and dealt with in line with Treating Customers Fairly, applying the correct policy wording for all General Insurance products sold by Legal & General. This included Home insurance, Accident Sickness & Unemployment insurance, and all legacy products. The complaints I managed ranged from general customer service complaints, to large & complex claims. My role included training new members of the team, providing feedback, coaching and development to ensure that Legal & Generals complaints procedures were being adhered too.
