Direct and monitors all short and long-term performance, objects and strategic planning initiatives for portfolio of hotels. Responsible for effective operational management of hotels so that they achieve and exceed budgeted revenue goals and guest satisfaction targets. Provide leadership, motivate leaders and mentor to help associate reach their goals. Accountable for directing and coordinating resources, tasks, requirements, systems and processes related to day to day operations of hotels and for creating an energized and positive work environment that results in the delivery of exceptional guest service and for identifying opportunities for improvement.

Responsible for the oversite of 8-11 units within the marketplace to ensure delivery of consistent customer experience, achievement of financial goals, direct support of management, and maintenance upkeep of the assets. In addition, responsible for ensuring all company Standard Operating Procedures are in compliance to drive operational consistency, efficiencies, and strong teamwork

Oversee all aspects of property management including maximization of financial performance, guest satisfaction, asset protection and staff development

Responsibilities included sales efforts, employee development and mentoring, setting budgets, maintaining profit and loss statements, food and beverage cost, human resource and payroll for 2 properties totaling 300 rooms. I played a key role in overseeing the renovation of our Fairfield Inn & Suites as well as the upkeep of both properties as these properties are 20 and 25 years old. I helped train an Assistant General Manager who has since been promoted to General Manager as well as train 3 other incoming General Manager’s.

Responsibilities include revenue management, sales efforts, employee development and mentoring, set revenue goals, human resource and payroll. I also helped with Operations of 2 Courtyard's and 2 Fairfield's. Developed the Color Guard Program, helped develop a POR system for all Hotels in Hotel Ownership Portfolio as well as took part in 2 Courtyard Opening's.

Also took part in Rooms and Lobby Renovation to complete the New Courtyard Refreshing Business Plan.

Developed and Managed the Budget and Business Plan for Hotel Sleeping Rooms and Food & Beverage for a Hotel that had no prior Sales Professionals.
