Responsibilities included developing MMD IT automation scope, schedule & budget, deployment of IT infrastructure following Merck's shop floor standard design, PI, RT Reports and a new BAS system. I managed automation discipline coordination reporting to the Project team and MMD IT leadership.• MMD IT Project Manager for the Ballydine R&D and Formulation Facility. I led the implementation of all IT areas of the project including Automation, MES, Telecom, PAT and PI in the first dedicated commercialization pharmaceutical facility within Merck.
