Engineer, document, communicate and/or implement quality deliverables as defined by internal procedures, customer requirements, and industry standards. Interface with the customer and suppliers on quality related issues. Lead the problem solving activity for internal and external (customer and supplier) related quality issues, in compliance with the Business Operating System and supporting documentation. Review, disposition, and documented communication of discrepancies for supplier sample submissions of new or changed, advanced program materials. Comply with the Business Operating System, Quality methodologies, company and department objectives and business practices to ensure productivity and quality goals are achieved. Supervise and manage Quality Coordinator daily activities. Update, develop and maintain control plans, PFMEA, Process Flow Diagrams, and Red Cards, Develop and process gage R&R & 1x10 Studies, Manage, develop, and analyze Supplier Corrective Actions. Also, perform Quality Coordinator duties as applicable.

Update, develop and maintain control plans, PFMEA, Process Flow Diagrams, and Red Cards, Perform gage R&R, Develop Corrective Actions and Practical Problem Resolution Reports, Assist with launch activities, Process Planning, Open Issues tracking, Risk Production Numbers, Develop and maintain static torque procedures and quality procedures with visual aids and quality alerts, Assist in developing standard work processes, Perform 1st Piece, KPC, DTS, Torque Checks, Harmony Reviews and Inspection Activities, Ensure all nonconforming material is properly identified, contained and dispositional, Collect and maintain evidence in support of critical customer requirements (i.e. SCAFF, Dimension, and gage checks), Ensure Plant Floor documentation is accurate, organized, posted, and current, Monitor changes and assist with training to current level of controlled documents, Interface with the customer and suppliers on quality related issues, Lead the problem solving activity for internal and external (customer and supplier) related quality issues, Review, disposition, and documented communication of discrepancies for supplier sample submissions of new or changed, advanced program materials, and other duties assigned

Coordinate, organize and expedite sort activities at customer location to ensure timely response to quality, Facilitate correct shipment times for sequenced production lines, Communicate break point information back to Operating Division, Investigate customer complaints and report findings to upper management and customer point of contacts, Monitor build times and bank levels for output, Quality check audits on incoming commodities, Coordinate and expedite replacement parts to customer production areas in a timely manner, Perform proactive reviews of incoming material at customer location, and other duties assigned.

Complete First Time Quality paperwork, Assign work station to operators based on flex charts, Perform rework processes as necessary, Motivate team, Ensure all department personnel adhere to all safety rules and report unsafe conditions as soon as reasonably possible, Train all team members in all aspects of their assignments of being able to fully assemble/build appropriate product from start to finish, Communicate changes and/or adjustments to the job functions to all team members, Conduct random reviews/audits to ensure team members are following standardized operating procedures, and other duties assigned.
